1. Apply for Graduation
- Apply through myTRU.ca under “Apply to graduate”
- Ensure your information is correct
- Once you have applied, you may check back later and view the status of your application
2. Checklist
In order to graduate, make sure:
- All coursework is completed by the end of your final term
- All fees owing (finance, library, etc.) are paid in full
- All term marks are input into the student record system
- Your program advisor, program coordinator or chairperson has approved your program completion
3. Post-Graduation Work Permit
If you are planning on applying for a Post-Graduation Work Permit, here’s what you’ll need:
- Graduation Approval Letter
- Order your transcripts
- Attend an IRCC Workshop
- Check your application
- Submit your PGWP application through the myCIC portal
